Linda leitet unser englisches Büro im Stadtzentrum von Worthing. Sie feiert in diesem Jahr ihr 40jähriges Jubiläum: „40 Years of working within the student world“. Sie leitet unser englisches Team, sucht und prüft die Gastfamilien. Außerdem legt sie Wert darauf gemeinsam mit Bridget, Katie und Karen einen sehr persönlichen Kontakt zu allen unseren Familien zu pflegen.

 

Linda Hurren, I was born and bred in Worthing and in 2011 I am celebrating 40 years of working within the student world. Some people may think I should be giving up by now but at this moment in time that is not my intetion at all and in fact is a very far thought. I am very lucky to have an excellent team working with me and very much apperciate the continued loyality of all my families.

During my 40 years I had many years experience of working within British Council recognised schools and served as a member of Arels welfare commitee (now known as Brtiain UK), also I am a fully qualified welfare officer holding a certificate awareded by the RSA  examination board so one could say I have been round the block a bit and have enjoyed every minute of it.
